777ed Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777ed ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 777ed website, mobile interface, and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, "the Platform"). Winnings may only be withdrawn to accounts in your own name. The transfer of funds from your 777ed account to another player's account is not permitted. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ed Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity. 777ed is committed to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or other automated system not expressly authorised by 777ed.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus or promotion more than once, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777ed reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and, where fraud or unlawful activity is confirmed, forfeit the entire account balance. 777ed will provide reasons for account closure upon request where legally permitted to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ed, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, even if 777ed has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777ed makes no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777ed does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, 777ed's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All content on the 777ed Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 777ed or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from 777ed. Unauthorised use of the 777ed name, logo, or brand assets is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming and consumer protection law applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 777ed's internal disputes resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
